So my Love Duv @tibetan,red isn't at home, he had a gig and I've been fighting a cold all day so I sadly had to miss it. I always try to listen to my body even though I was in tears as I watched him leave to go play Hardstyle loudy and shake his booty sending him all the positive vibes his way that I can. I know he will do amazing he always does! Anyone in Vegas every 1st and 3rd Thursday you'll find Eric and I at Good Times off of Trop and Pecos I believe. I't's a really neat place! Props are encouraged so that's always a plus for us spinners. Going to a party without your prop is like going without your best friend. It can be fun without it, but you know it's going to be kick ass no matter what with it!

Comment also if you'd like more info! Not being there to see Eric is super shitty but I just meditated and that was calming. Does anyone else meditate and have any tips/ tricks for it to help beginners like myself? Sometimes it's super easy to reach a meditative state, but when I need it most, which is when I am feeling an emotion I don't like and I let that feeling get in the way of me even trying to meditate to help myself because my ego says that's stupid. Thankfully tonight though, apart from being sick and missing my love and his set I was able to relax very easily. First I stretched, really practicing on my breathing while stretching. Chose my sun stone and sat and almost fell asleep a few times! Heres a little video for you guys!
